Anete Ozola
Anete spent a decade in dermatology clinics in Tallinn and Kyoto before opening Luminari in 2014. She still keeps two days a week for hands-on facials, and she is the one who trains every new therapist who joins.
Her rule, and it has not changed since day one: if you cannot say where an ingredient came from, it does not go on anyone's skin.

Runs the nail bar and teaches a monthly course for working estheticians across Riga.

Develops our Baltic herbal wrap protocol using coastal botanicals gathered year-round.

Everyone trains, four times a year
Every therapist at Luminari trains quarterly, on the clock, on products and technique. It is the single line item we protect in the budget and the one we will never cut.
In the spring we take the whole team to the Baltic coast for two days of coastal botany, because our herbal wrap blend is made from plants that actually grow within an hour of Riga.
